Emergency Customer Insights

1. Your contacts and who you're monitoring is gone, you can't select your monitor areas, seems like it's more general geographical areas instead of specific locations (i.e. instead of a specific location, you get a county, which would probably work for most cases.)Note: I used the OLD version for about 7yrs with ZERO issues.

2. There's also very helpful information that explains and teaches you how to prepare for various situations (relating to nature etc) and emergencies (i.e. emergency preparedness).Really appreciate this app!! Would suggest being able to turn on/off alerts per location, as needed.

3. Also, would like to be able to mark each alert as read when many come through in a short period of time and it gets confusing if multiple locations and alerts come in simultaneously.

4. Cannot monitor multiple locations, neither can you enter a home location.

5. Instead we were able to shelter in Bass Pro Shop until it passed.Always accurate... and I believe it's the BEST informative App for all types of emergencies and warnings!! You can set a desired radius in which you'd like to be warned or just to monitor.

6. It's very irritating because it won't allow me to add other locations I need to monitor.

7. I love the siren that goes off on my phone to alert me of a warning (e.g. tornado, etc.) or another emergency warning when turned on.

8. If I am not traveling to a selected location, I would like to turn off alerts for it but keep the location in my selected lists.

9. Old: you could monitor 10 locations, maybe more.

10. 4/6/23 Clarification: The buttons to do all those things are present, they just don't work. The old Tornado App was better.

11. It often gets stuck in a loading screen loop where it won't show me the main page, and i have to restart the app multiple times to get in.
