1. The tech supposedly shows up and does a "credit card check" (*odd because neither machine uses credit cards) and declares it "fixed." The dryer doesn't even work with coins now either.
2. If you close out of the app, then it forgets ALL of your in-progress washing/drying (deletes the in app tracking for each machine) Also, if you dont tap the "x" on each machine when the done screen is showing for that machines then it gets stuck in your list of currently used machines.
3. My apartment's machines only have contactless payment options so if you forget your phone or don't have it or it's dead you're S.O.L. Have had issues with machines not changing when pressing buttons to change wash/dry options.
4. It freezes up on the "5 minutes to make a selection" if you make a selection that costs more (only one of the four cast an additional $0.50). It's been almost half an hour and I still have that on my screen and now two of the four machines are "occupied" when they are not.
5. I see why they need help.Doesn't always tell the truth about available machines actually being available.
6. Also, GPS locator for the apartments is not the best, from the list it pulled up my apartment was at the very bottom.I would rate the cleanliness and maintenance of the laundry room at my apartment complex in the poor to fair range.
7. What a waste of time and resources to make a dysfunctional app.Makes payment easier but there are cons! Be careful to make your selection before paying to start.
8. When I attempted to use the "request a refund" feature, it pulls up a input field for the machine number, which only takes you to a page on their site to apply for a job.
9. My biggest gripe is that technicians won't come repair machines when they're reported not to work.
10. I have had no problems using the app, but bear in mind that all changes to the machine settings must be made prior to starting the machine with the app.
11. When the machines were converted to smart, things went down hill.
