1. Sometimes it takes forever to connect to a machine, sometimes the refill account page won't load, some times the app will track time left and other times it won't.
2. I also keep getting errors where it won't start the machine when it shows I have funds in the account.I'm cautiously optimistic based on other people's reviews.
3. My apartment complex uses this app to run and maintain their laundry this is now the third time in a row that the machines have not completed the cycle I have not received a refund for any of these.I have never left less than a 5 star.
4. For some reason, it requires Bluetooth to be able to start a machine and if it errors too much, it'll simply turn your phone's Bluetooth off which is incredibly annoying that it can autonomously do that.
5. Let's hope I don't have to update this.App seems unable to recognize mobile data as an internet connection, so unable to load funds into app.
6. Or you can come back in 48 minutes and start it again, to come back and have wet clothes sometimes.This app is borderline unusable and takes several attempts to start running a washer/dryer.
7. Everytime you back out of the app for a few minutes and you go back in, it'll give a blank error screen making it seem like you logged out of your account.
8. Despite the fact that machines will be broken/have "error" on the screen/be "updating" it'll still say that these units are available, deceiving you that there are more working machines than there are.I have a new phone and all apps are all up to date as far as updates are concerned.
9. Did a load for 2.75 in the washer and then my balance went down to $3.00. I was upset for about 35 mins and not able to get through to them.
10. Gives notifications when machines are done, connected instantly and never lost connection, was seamless and easy to set up auto-refill for funds, so far so good.
11. It's correct now.The dryer almost always takes two cycles to dry any size load on high heat.
