1. Explain feature for Technician questions is pretty helpful, not available for General.Why not all the questions? The technical quizzes present all the questions so that you can study the whole question pool.

2. The question pool will be changing so make sure it is the right question pool you are studying for.Have used the web site on my Chromebook, after reading other reviews about it not working on Chromebook, but as far as the app itself - 3 stars is all I can give it, and that's a stretch.

5. When they fix, it will be back to 5 stars.Works okay... but When answer some of the question you are required to scroll down to see all of the answer choices, but if you scroll on a question it will select it as an answer rather than scrolling which most of the time marks the answer wrong.

6. At this point I rarely get a wrong answer because I've been doing practice tests every day for the past week or so, and will continue up until I take my exam.

7. The questions in the practice exam are not the current version which expires in June 2023.

8. Just reviewing the test questions until I got to a constant score of 85% on each section, in conjunction with YouTube videos on each level helped me achieve my goal.

1. Fix Ham Radio Prep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ham Radio Prep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ham Radio Prep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ham Radio Prep" » Open Ham Radio Prep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ham Radio Prep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ham Radio Prep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ham Radio Prep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ham Radio Prep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ham Radio Prep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ham Radio Prep might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ham Radio Prep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ham Radio Prep then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ham Radio Prep not working
