Please delete my account on this app.very poor using ldplayer for beta testing will change review based on bug fixes app crashed when siging in and when you click the self locate button android version is 7Really great concept and the UI is super easy to navigate!Superb App guys! 2. The system also don't accept my main email account that is not a gmail account.I waited for the code and asked resend several times.

3. Built by marketing company????? Does not display police reports at all...its user based and has no way to verify user reports.

4. I had the app installed, but got annoyed by all the messages from all areas that I have travelled through.I tried to unsubscribe from the app, but that was not an option, so I uninstalled it.

1. Fix CrimeSpotter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CrimeSpotter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CrimeSpotter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CrimeSpotter" » Open CrimeSpotter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CrimeSpotter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CrimeSpotter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CrimeSpotter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CrimeSpotter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CrimeSpotter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CrimeSpotter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CrimeSpotter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CrimeSpotter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CrimeSpotter not working

2. Fix CrimeSpotter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CrimeSpotter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CrimeSpotter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CrimeSpotter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
