1. Too much glitches: not updating news feed, one post reapeted several times... Well, i opened Facebook at the same time and the feed was absolutely different and no repeated posts tho.Only one problem, when opening the app, there's this white background that's just blinding .

2. I have dark mode set so when this white background appears trying to open the app or switch from FB to twitter, it's very annoying.

3. It's that loading transition to a different app.Good with customisations, clean interface & feature rich; except the font choice is pretty limited & it's hard to find one that fits exactly your style.

4. The issue appears when selecting twitter , the second before it opens, there's a white background and once twitter opens , it's back to dark mode/theme .

5. Also there is no clipboard options to paste multiple things I've copied.One thing that is really annoying is when the app all of a sudden refreshes the newsfeed while you're reading something, kicking you out of that post or article.

6. Neither Facebook app nor Facebook Web page reload themselves at will unless refreshed manuallyCustomize your instagram, Facebook, and Reddit apps colours to any you like.

7. Overall a complete package you can use for your other social accounts aswell, just one caveat—can drain too much of your time & for the same reason I'm having to uninstall it.

8. App never asked to submit a report on crash.Definately one of the best Facebook app alternatives out there with all the features you need/want.

9. My other social media apps give limited notifications.

10. I suggest dev adds a time monitoring/restricting feature aswell to make the app reach its true completion.

11. Really wish to rate it 5 stars!I like the customization of this app but one thing that could be improved is a way to select what I want notifications of.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Simple Pro Issues

1. Fix Simple Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Simple Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Simple Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simple Pro" » Open Simple Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simple Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Simple Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simple Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simple Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Simple Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simple Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Simple Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simple Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simple Pro not working


2. Fix Simple Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simple Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simple Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simple Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
