Simple Social Browser Customer Insights

1. EVERY videos I've watched and downloaded are blurry, and there's no way to change them (there's an option in the setting but its always greyed out no matter what), and maybe inability to play Reels but that's not important.It is a wonderful alternative for the official app, been using it for almost a year, but today the app is showing a message from facebook that it is not compatible, and home feed is not visible.

2. My feed is stuck, in what I can only describe as a refresh loop... Issue seems to have resolved itself after I logged into Facebook, proper, on my device.Broken, contestantly prompts me to log in to my account after logging in.

3. Being able to switch between Twitter and Facebook is horrible.It still works great after all this time, and with my upgraded device it does works really good.

4. Adding messenger function in the same app was a nice bonus, love the customization features and speed of the app as well.I've used Simple for a long time, and I prefer it way more than the facebook app.

6. Another big problem is that everytime I get it started it opens a loading screen and then later tries to have me pick a file from my device.

8. EDIT: The issue is resolved after restarting the app and changing some settings, selected "wider images" in FB settings and changed a few other options.

9. Being able to open messages as a stand alone app instead of opening the regular app first is very nice.

10. Facebook is screwing 3rd party app developers once again to try to force people to use the official facebook spyware.

11. Great customer service.Love the app, sadly since the 11/30 update reactions are missing, it pulls up the bar but they're all grayed out and invisible.
