1. It always doubles the list of courses when you search for one, its hard to find the blog, it ALWAYS says that I have no internet connection whenever I open it, when I do have one, when I turn my phone for fullscreen view it turns it 180° instead of 45° and again ITS A PAIN to find new content and watched content for that matter.
2. the frustration outweighs the service.I love the Bluprint app! I can continue my class at anytime and anywhere! If I am working on a project and need to refer back to my pattern or class materials, It is always available at my fingertips.
3. Most apps that contain video will do two things: stay on while you are watching & automatically change to landscape when hitting the full screen icon in the bottom right corner.
4. Guess I'm stuck using the horrible web interface where I have to re-adjust the video quality and turn the closed captioning on after.every.single.chapter since none of the settings are persistent.
5. If you don't constantly tap on the screen from time to time, your screen will turn off & you MUST enable the rotate feature on your phone to see the videos in full screen.
6. Basically, Bluprint is great, but the app doesn't add much value - much better experience on a laptop than a phone. Not supported on my Fire tablets.
7. The app might work, but I'm not going to watch on my tiny phone when I have a perfectly nice tablet with an 8 inch screen.Edit: I hate this app more and more.
8. Got a response from BluPrint to visit their website -- please get in touch with our Customer Service, but there didn't seem to be a way to contact a real person.
9. & you can't save materials on your phone? i find the content useful & i like the instructors.
10. why not post directly under the class summary? instead, i have to click on each video?? makes zero sense.
11. i spend more time trying to find content than actually using the app.
