1. Why the application doesn't give just the option "NO" and don't ask again? As I said, to read the mails is fine, but if those bugs are not corrected, we should move to another application.In the past when I have tried using this app, nothing would show up so I gave up checking my work email from my phone since it wasn't working on mobile browsers either.

2. First of all, if I already have rated the application, why it ask me every second day whether I want to rat it again? Second and more important: when I want to read the emails, it ask to allow to access contacts.

3. Thanks.Ever since the new update when I try to sign in, you can't exit the adds or remove the adds, I keep signing in and the add will stay on the screen and there's no way for me to get the add off the screen so I can't read my emails.

It doesn't alert when you get new emails, I even have my phone set up as priority notifications for this app, but emails just don't come through the notifications, it only works some times, but it's completely random.good webmail app, initially it doesn't give notification of new emails but it does now.

1. Fix Webmail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Webmail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Webmail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Webmail" » Open Webmail - Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Webmail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Webmail - Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Webmail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Webmail - Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Webmail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Webmail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Webmail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Webmail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Webmail not working

2. Fix Webmail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Webmail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Webmail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Webmail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
