1. I don't know if this is the fault of the app or something they did server-side but during the last couple of weeks or so every time I try to open Costco's site through this official app - all I get is infinitely reloading page.
2. When reviewing warehouse sales, I can add what I need to a list yet the list is difficult to find without clicking through a few tabs or knowing the app fully already.
3. Additionally there is an issue with the interface when trying to set your warehouse (I frequently need to change my warehouse settings when I am visiting family).
4. Categories and individual item displays are a bit clunky and could be modernized, but not a deal breakerSince the last update this app has sometimes been unusable.
5. I use it to show my membership card when entering but the last few times I've been to Costco it wouldn't even come up.
6. I can't scroll down, I can't search, I can't use menus because the app just reloads the front page over and over every couple of seconds.This app will be fine for most users.
7. I use it to get in, pay for purchases, search for deals and what's new, give feedback, everything that's at the store or available through Costco, it's here, except hot dog.
8. "Set as My Warehouse" button is only available in the Pop Out menu where tiles are longer than the frame.
9. Warehouse details page included "set as my warehouse" or, 2.
10. The My Warehouse in app and on website were tethered, so changing on web also changedapp.Literally unusable.
11. It often says "no internet connection" even though that's not true and everything else on the phone is fine.OK, so I'm a Costco true believer.
