1. I must enter my doses manually (bluetooth ON on my phone interferes with catching wifi), and the phone isn't compatible with dexcom to manually feed my BGs into the app.
2. I'm 25 weeks pregnant with type 1 diabetes and I have no idea what doses I need because of their incompetent programmers and thoughtless company. Please add more than 2 potential connectable apps.
3. EDIT: Upgrading to five stars because the company personally reached out to me to resolve the issue! Excellent customer service and love the Inpen.I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
4. The only issue is that since the upgrade, the app no longer reminds me to use long acting insulin at the time listed in therapy settings.
5. W.T.F. It's a medical device app: perhaps I need to contact the FDA? VERY 👎My life depends on this app, I was told that I had to update and couldn't use the older version.
6. If there's a compatible issue we that depend on this app to stay alive we should have the choice to update instead of being forced to do it and lose our ability to stay alive.
7. I spent more than two weeks trying to get the pen to sync and operate rather than entering my doses manually.
8. I thought it was something I did and spent a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to fix it, only to find out it was a known problem that they didn't notify us about.
9. If support material would have mentioned that they are working on a solution I could have saved hours.Excellent app, the insulin calculator is the reason I got the inpen.
10. So I've been logging my insulin doses manually.
11. The Bluetooth is spotty - sometimes my doses aren't logged for 12+ hours.
