I might pay for a week after a month or so when I have more than 3 new pictures and new themes actually appear.it fun but there are two down sides 1) way too many ads 2) sometimes you can't change the gem on a color to a different one in a different location for example if you are using the color white for one part of the picture and then the same color for the eyes it won't let you use a different gem it has to be the same which you used to be able to do but not anymore which is very annoying I really like this game but the developers really need to step up their game and make more optionsDeveloper please read! there are way too many 30 second ads.

2. I hope this gets fixed soon as I really want to enjoy this app.When I first started using it, it was great! I had absolutely no problem with watching the videos to unlock things or the occasional ad, but now it is to the point where there are 2 ads for every picture that i do and I cant even exit out of them early half the time.

3. It just keeps on playing ads! I understand the reason for ads, but to sit through a 30 second ad or more after every puzzle will cause you to lose players.I really love the game it passes time and has really cute pictures.

4. I understand that it is to make profit on the game, but should the subscription things be enough? It has just become too ad heavy for me to enjoy playing anymore.

1. Fix No.Diamond Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart No.Diamond: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the No.Diamond App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "No.Diamond" » Open No.Diamond: Color by Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for No.Diamond » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear No.Diamond: Color by Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from No.Diamond servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "No.Diamond: Color by Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check No.Diamond app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, No.Diamond might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall No.Diamond. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall No.Diamond then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing No.Diamond not working

2. Fix No.Diamond Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make No.Diamond be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to No.Diamond not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, No.Diamond may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
