1. I love it! It's really a shame that the best thing to hit color by number apps ever, is being ruined by no new pics in weeks now, and my multiple attempts to contact customer service go unattended to.

2. I like that I can hold my finger down and slide across the screen to fill multiple spots but thats about it.Something that would be great is to have a vibration setting upon finishing each color.

Many of the photos are not even with the edges while painting and many of the areas I had to either blow up/enlarge to a huge size or tap it very hard in order for the color to appear but I will say I do love the bright colors! I am sure it's just a few bugs that will be worked out hopefully!I don't like this app.

4. Example- I was hold and dragging to fill windows on a building with color 7, and it would randomly switch to color like, 43 and I'd have to swipe and select my color again.

5. Except sometimes when you hold and drag to fill, it will randomly switch to another color so you have to go back and select your color again.

6. I am uninstalling after only 2 images.At first, this app, while small in amount of pics to color, was the best thing since apple pie.

7. Once you complete a color, the color swatch stays along the bottom so you constantly have to scroll through all the colors and going from 1 to 78 more than twice was not fun.

8. The new "drag color" feature really makes it easier and faster.

9. Will definitely keep coloring!Not as easy to color as some as it is in pixels.

10. There are too many spots that do not fill in all the way, so it has white areas left .

1. Fix Color123 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Color123: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Color123 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color123" » Open Color123 - Paint by Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color123 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Color123 - Paint by Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color123 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color123 - Paint by Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Color123 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Color123 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Color123. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Color123 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Color123 not working

2. Fix Color123 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Color123 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Color123 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Color123 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
