Why should I report an Issue with CLZ Movies - movie collection?

Also, you cannot add the price you paid for a box set all together, only for each individual movie (doesn't make sense) Stats could also be improved by being able to click on each stat to view those in your collectionThe only thing I have an issue with, using this app is that when you add a complete series, it adds each individual show/seasons.

2. When I click on the area for landscape, it turns to landscape but then, screen turns black, the video stops and is returned back to the menu of listed movies.

3. Click a button, and it displays a random title from the total collection, or a random title within a sort folder.

4. The UI is easy to use and most importantly I have not experienced any lag (very responsive.) My biggest issue is price point for full app.

5. Other than that - this app is friggin' AWESOME!!!First and foremost, for me, in terms of functionality these apps (movies/comics/video games) are good... not perfect but definitely a solution to keep track of whatever you collect.

8. some of the older movies weren't found but in most cases the information was available, just not linked to the barcode.

9. So many ways to customize your entries, you can add as little or as much information as you want for categorizing your collection.

10. The only issue I've came across so far is a few movies I tried to scan weren't in their library.

11. I occasionally run into entries with errors or never entered, and it is very easy to edit or add them and submit my changes to the core for their review & update.

1. Fix CLZ Movies Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CLZ Movies: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CLZ Movies App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CLZ Movies" » Open CLZ Movies - movie collection » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CLZ Movies » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CLZ Movies - movie collection app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CLZ Movies servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CLZ Movies - movie collection" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CLZ Movies app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CLZ Movies might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CLZ Movies. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CLZ Movies then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CLZ Movies not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CLZ Movies be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CLZ Movies not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CLZ Movies may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
