Why should I report an Issue with Marvel Light?

1. Okay problem solved if it starts flashing different colours means connection stopped, turn your phone off then on again, It'll reconnect and work.. To show this information in the settings that would be great, only by chance i noticed it pop up once after two days of trying to figure out the issue lol smh.This app is good and works well, was a bit confused at first but just wake sure that you point your phone at the end part of the lights when changing the color ext.At first, the app was a mess.

2. Spent alot of money for 3 stripes and only one works..!!color dancing music player can`t play like normal music player.

3. Don't waste your time.App won't even control the lights, it wus working fine for like 10 minutes and now the lights wont stop flashing.

1. Fix Marvel Light Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Marvel Light: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Marvel Light App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Marvel Light" » Open Marvel Light » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Marvel Light » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Marvel Light app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Marvel Light servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Marvel Light" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Marvel Light app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Marvel Light might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Marvel Light. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Marvel Light then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Marvel Light not working

2. Fix Marvel Light Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Marvel Light be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Marvel Light not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Marvel Light may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
