1. Classlink please bring an update where you can play videos in the app, until then, I wouldn't like it.I downloaded this app to use it for school, because I'm going on a big trip here soon and my chromebook doesn't have data.

2. If not, then this app is not for youAfter the update it's telling me an error has occurred everytime I try to sign in with my school accountUntil update it was working good, but now every time i try to log in it says error occured.

3. I have this on my daughters iPad, it seems as if everyday I have to delete the app and reinstall it just to join the live class meeting because when I open the canvas app it just shows a message error and today it did the same thing when I used the browser instead of the app.

4. When accessing travel tracker not able to view the trip ticket, which has details that a driver needs to know.I seem to be running into the same problem as most who gave a 1 star.

5. It's great being able to clock in and out right from my phone and not having to go all the way to the front office or pull out my computer.

6. Overall If you need more organization with your apps for school then download classlink.

7. Its just something I shouldn't have to do everydayI'm still using the app, but won't allow me to pull up google documents, the app lags way too often, and I can't play any video's on the app.

8. It is mostly good only if you have a school account and a school district that uses classlink.

9. I have access to multiple resources my school provides such as timeclock, email, and benefits/pay access.

10. My only complaint is that sometimes the pages don't load so I have to reload the app.I love classlink because I can have it on any electronic and I can pull it up anywhere .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ClassLink LaunchPad Issues

1. Fix ClassLink LaunchPad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ClassLink LaunchPad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ClassLink LaunchPad App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ClassLink LaunchPad" » Open ClassLink LaunchPad » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ClassLink LaunchPad » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ClassLink LaunchPad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ClassLink LaunchPad servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ClassLink LaunchPad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ClassLink LaunchPad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ClassLink LaunchPad might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ClassLink LaunchPad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ClassLink LaunchPad then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ClassLink LaunchPad not working


2. Fix ClassLink LaunchPad Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ClassLink LaunchPad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ClassLink LaunchPad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ClassLink LaunchPad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • everytime i try to sign into my google account i’m redirected to the LISD class link launchpad to sign in. i’ve been out of high school for 2 years now and i cannot get rid of this portal.
