Why should I report an Issue with temtem?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Factory Digitale to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. You are pushing me to use your competition if you annoy me this much.A lot better than Yassir which still doesn't have a lot of features already available in Tem:tem like: Payment with CIB, Choosing the size of the car you want, More stable than Yassir) but even though it's better than the popular VTC app, tem:tem is still lacking a lot of features like Payment with Dahabiya and VISA Credit card + unable to see past reviews on drivers profiles.

Thanks for fixing the login errors , still a major problem in the interface design "UI UX" it's not helping at all like the black confirm button it's takes me a couple of minutes to find it my brain keep ignore it because the black area in the bottom of the amoled screen not remarkable at all you can't put a major function in this spot, also you have to reduce the steps of booking make it easier .

3. BEST.Too expensive and the basic design is annoying, plus it doesn't show root correctly just I line like a plane would take me to where I want to go..Good user experience, friendly drivers and affordable prices.

PS: this forced me to Uninstall the app, and install it whenever I need a ride...don't push me away to other VTC apps ;)I like the App and drivers are friendly but some of them don't want to pick me up because I have a professional account, they prefer cash instead of getting paid later you guys should explain to them how it works.

Good start but still long way to go!The App is well built, I like it, The notifications are really annoying: Don't use permanent notifications that can't be dismissed, because when I'm at work, Don't force me to click and open the app just to dismiss that notification I know it's a good way to force users to check the app "sometimes"...but Not everytime please.

1. Fix temtem Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart temtem: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the temtem App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "temtem" » Open temtem » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for temtem » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear temtem app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from temtem servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "temtem" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check temtem app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, temtem might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall temtem. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall temtem then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing temtem not working

2. Fix temtem Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make temtem be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to temtem not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, temtem may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
