1. Fix Your 911 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Your 911: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Your 911" » Open Your 911 » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Your 911 » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Your 911 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Your 911 servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Your 911" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Your 911 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Your 911 might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Your 911. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Your 911 then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Your 911 not working
