1. App is slow & glitchy do i need to sub to get it to work right?"Network Error" after 1 day Free Trial! I refreshed the app, closed it, opened it again, uploaded photos through other "share" options directly to the app and nothing-Network Error....I tried it on my laptop; uploaded the same photo (after resizing several times), again-Network Error.

2. The free version DOES NOT allow you too remove the "watermark" bc this is a Paid Sub Option.

3. So far, is pretty user friendly and when you press the " Edit Option" to "Remove Background, you select your image and "slidethe icon to the Right" to remove the background.

4. It would be much better if all of the editing tools were in one menu.I would say it is definitely a good app for enhancing product photos when using your phone and want to post on social media but I wish it had better functions.

5. You offer a magic eraser great, but you ad a huge white block with your logo on the same image, defeats the purpose of removing stuff you don't want don't you think oh ofc sub & it will be gone how stupid of me.

6. Cancelling the subscription cause I can always crop out the "pixelcut" on the free version.There is a free version and a subscription option.

7. The 3 stars is for being able to remove the background and leave just the object you want to use, but that also has some limits.

8. Honestly, aside from the logo being included in the photo, the free version is still so much better than a lotnof aps out there imo.

9. If they do, they'll be hearing from me.LOVE this! I don't typically review apps that perform well -- if most of its other ones are favorable! But this one is DIFFERENT.! Simple to navigate and so so many easily interchangeable results... A winner... worth your time.I really like this app a lot.

10. You have to crop the photo, save it, go back to the main screen, and select the remove background tab.

11. You use a free template great, huge watermark block again, need to sub.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pixelcut AI Photo Editor Issues

1. Fix Pixelcut AI Photo Editor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pixelcut AI Photo Editor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pixelcut AI Photo Editor App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pixelcut AI Photo Editor" » Open Pixelcut AI Photo Editor » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pixelcut AI Photo Editor » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pixelcut AI Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pixelcut AI Photo Editor servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pixelcut AI Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pixelcut AI Photo Editor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pixelcut AI Photo Editor might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pixelcut AI Photo Editor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pixelcut AI Photo Editor then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pixelcut AI Photo Editor not working


2. Fix Pixelcut AI Photo Editor Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pixelcut AI Photo Editor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pixelcut AI Photo Editor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pixelcut AI Photo Editor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Everytime I try to use the product shoot aI, an error appears:
    Failed to generate results. I tried logging off an on, clearing my cache and tried different images, still the same error.
    As I am paying for pro features, I don´t understand what I can do to resolve the issue.

    As you can gather from my subject line, you will see that after I finished the free 3 day trial for your app, that I canceled my subscription in my Apple subscription location, I erased all test data that I had processed and I immediately deleted my account. My credit card was charged and I would like to be reimbursed for the full amount of $90.39.

    I expect that your company will want to keep it’s great reputation and once I receive full reimbursement, I will not hesitate to provide your application a 5 Stars rating as I did love the functionality and various tools. I unfortunately do not believe that I would be using it to the likes of $90+ a year.

    Thanks for your understanding and I will expect my reimbursement in the shortest delay.
