WOMBO Dream Customer Insights
1. Is this is a bug? I would like to see my past creations! Also, after the recent update, I'm constantly getting annoying ads after each creation I make, this never used to happen before! Sometimes the ad doesn't load an freezes and lose the Dream.
2. I suggest that someone in the management of the team try to use the vanilla app and see if they don't find it frustrating as all hell.Want some app with your ads? I've been using this app for a while now, but with the recent updates, the number of ads is disruptive.
3. Over the past few months, they've really been pushing ads and premium and it's getting really annoying how often they pop up.
4. I made really good creations with this app but, I can't find my past creations, I scroll down but it stops after a number of pics.
5. I am pleased with the last update !I've had this app for a few months now and I like a lot of the art that it makes but the ads on here are so incessant that it's nearly impossible to use for more than 5 minutes before I get annoyed.
6. Plus they've added more styles ! There's still an issue with the public feed where the images jump all over the place when you're trying to like an image by another creator.
7. It's AI, so the images are not the highest quality nor flawless, but it is good at jogging an artist's brain when the imaginative passages are blocked off.
8. The worst part is that it used to be better than what it is now but lately, I've been getting very long ads during and after every picture generation.
9. Please fix!The app was good a couple months ago, but more and more ads started showing up, and now there's an ad every 30 seconds.
10. A couple days ago it started adding a video ad with every image you generate.
11. It interrupts the process and causes a user to lose whatever image they are working on.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WOMBO Dream Issues
1. Fix WOMBO Dream Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart WOMBO Dream: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the WOMBO Dream App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WOMBO Dream" » Open WOMBO Dream - AI Art Generator » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WOMBO Dream » click "UPDATE".
- Clear WOMBO Dream - AI Art Generator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WOMBO Dream servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WOMBO Dream - AI Art Generator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check WOMBO Dream app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WOMBO Dream might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall WOMBO Dream. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WOMBO Dream then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WOMBO Dream not working
2. Fix WOMBO Dream Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WOMBO Dream be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WOMBO Dream not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WOMBO Dream may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Under GDPR law I want my account @Forgotten0ne to be deleted because I did not realize that saving an image would mean publishing it and I did not want it to happen. When I wanted to delete images the App would firstly inform that they were deleted but then automatically bring them back no matter how many times I tried to delete them. Non complance for my request will result in penalty coming from GDPR law.
