1. 5* Reviews were paid for!I was excited when I downloaded it so when I initially opened the app it prompted me first thing to subscribe, before I even seen the layout, so I did, then I went to get my free nft pack and it said to check back in 72hrs, ok, so I went to the inapp store to buy one....Nope!! Everything is completely sold out!! So I paid for a subscription and can even create my first nft because there's nothing left to begin with.

2. I haven't been able to reconnect my wallet after the latest update.First thing you see is the advertising to pay for a pro subscription and that you get a free nft pack, fortunately get a free 3 day trial... But the pack only becomes available after the 3 day trial is over and you pay for the subscription.

3. There basically isn't much you can do without paying... So its basically an app with compulsory in app purchases to use, but it would be nice if the free pack thing was clear.Best app I have ever used great customer service.

4. I pay you for something I can do for free? The NFTs quality withing this 'game' are of poor quality.

1. Fix NinjaFT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NinjaFT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NinjaFT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NinjaFT" » Open NinjaFT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NinjaFT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NinjaFT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NinjaFT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NinjaFT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NinjaFT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NinjaFT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NinjaFT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NinjaFT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NinjaFT not working

2. Fix NinjaFT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NinjaFT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NinjaFT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NinjaFT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
