The advertisement to buy through the app doesn't work either.Great place to spend time with the little ones, no stress over paying 5 to $9 a game just to ride to virtual reality like you do it the other locations, you paid by the half hour hour, and you get unlimited game time for that hour whatever you pay for, the games are all child friendly the place is absolutely child friendly, Chuck e cheese made a great move heading in this direction from where they were in the past!So disappointed with the store games, the system and the app gives you nothing practically.

2. I am trying to give you money.We got the summer pass and used the birthday party discount and keep getting free stuff on the app it's actually a better deal than we expectedBad update.

3. I can't purchase anything.Had a little difficulty placing order for 8week summer pass re time of pickup.

4. Also, during installation the app asks for some personal information that isn't actually required... Not sure what that's about.Can't buy the summer play pass.
