Why should I report an Issue with ReformedApp?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of michaelc to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Thanks for producing a great product and a much needed resource.Blessing upon blessing!! This app is simple to navigate and filled with treasure trove of wisdom and knowledge about God.

2. (I also propose to move the "Help" button above the typing line so that the "Show Answer" button won't be so easily activated.) There are also errors to be fixed in the Shorter Catechism, for example Q66 and Q80.

3. Lastly, thanks for quoting from the ESV which is my main English translation!!I like that this has some things that are difficult to find elsewhere (orthodox catechism and chalcedonian defination).

4. Would be 5 stars if there was a way to bookmark progress so the confession or catechism doesn't start over every time I move away from what I'm reading.

11. I use the different catechisms and confessions of our reformed faith to do this, in memorizing and answering questions.

1. Fix Re Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Re: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Re App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Re" » Open ReformedApp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Re » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ReformedApp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Re servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReformedApp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Re app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Re might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Re. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Re then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Re not working

2. Fix Re Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Re be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Re not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Re may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
