1. Very disappointed! Especially since I paid and paid extra for full version 😡Didnt work and wasted my money! :-( It didn't work at all! As soon as I tried to take a picture, it would close, wouldn't even bring up the camera, and yes I gave it permission! Couldn't click on anything with out it closing, except buying stickers! I want a refund! Already uninstalled! 😠 Waste of time and money! When I first noticed it didn't work right I restarted my phone too! Nothing fixed it, its just a broken app!Scam, can't make pictures unless you purchase stickers.

It would have been really nice, given due to current circumstances, kids couldn't go visit him.Do not waste your money on this app it doesn't work.It keeps crashing you can not access anything before it crashes and kicks you out.I just wanted to do a picture of the Easter bunny in my home as advertise was available on this app and I couldn't do that,or anything for that matter.

3. I send feedback but nothing happened, I want my money back.Was hoping the reviews were from older versions and maybe the issue had been fixed.

4. Thanks for nothing this year.Downloaded the app and paid for the full version only to discover the app is constantly crashing.

5. I have not been able to use it, it keeps crashing and gives me a notification that it can't connect with the server and I'm connected to wifi.

6. I closed and reopened Same....I even Uninstalled and reinstalled still will only let me purchase stickers.

1. Fix CatchACharacter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CatchACharacter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CatchACharacter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CatchACharacter" » Open CatchACharacter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CatchACharacter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CatchACharacter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CatchACharacter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CatchACharacter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CatchACharacter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CatchACharacter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CatchACharacter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CatchACharacter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CatchACharacter not working

2. Fix CatchACharacter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CatchACharacter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CatchACharacter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CatchACharacter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
