Why should I report an Issue with Stamp Mate - The stamp collect?

1. Maybe 3.99 like other appsApp was doing some weird things Started to open and load without clicking on the app dont trustLove it, easy to use and connects to Colnect.Every time i want to add a stamp i have to scroll through all the countries to get to UK.

2. It's possible there's a way to do this & I haven't found it yet, but it would be helpful to be able to sort stamps by year in ascending order & be able to search by face value.

3. You can't type the country, not even to narrow your search, you have to scroll down a list of countries.Great app, plenty of info, not paying $22.00 for it though.

1. Fix Stamp Mate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stamp Mate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stamp Mate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stamp Mate" » Open Stamp Mate - The stamp collect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stamp Mate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stamp Mate - The stamp collect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stamp Mate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stamp Mate - The stamp collect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stamp Mate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stamp Mate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stamp Mate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stamp Mate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stamp Mate not working

2. Fix Stamp Mate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stamp Mate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stamp Mate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stamp Mate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
