1. Grateful to have it on my phone when away from home so my Prayer Book is always with me and I also have the NRSV Bible on my phone so I can follow the Daily Lectionary in this Prayer Book.

2. Ads popped up with loud volume, and I have to try and turn it down before other people are irritated.Formatting and Navagating makes this Book Experience more understandable, especially for new-comers.

1. Fix The Book of Common Prayer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Book of Common Prayer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Book of Common Prayer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Book of Common Prayer" » Open The Book of Common Prayer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Book of Common Prayer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Book of Common Prayer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Book of Common Prayer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Book of Common Prayer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Book of Common Prayer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Book of Common Prayer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Book of Common Prayer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Book of Common Prayer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Book of Common Prayer not working

2. Fix The Book of Common Prayer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Book of Common Prayer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Book of Common Prayer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Book of Common Prayer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
