1. this is helpful for charctersWell done! Works way better than the garbage app released by WBGood app for tracking the collection though they are slow to update as the next wave came out 4 days ago and still nothing.

2. Other than that it works for me.Don't buy the "upgrade." Although the app is decent and the upgrade is not terribly pricey, I find it ironic that the first thing I see after paying to eliminate the ads is an an ad.

3. There is at least one better Dimensions app out there, so spend your money accordingly.I hate being harassed about buying the ad-free version whenever I open the app.

4. It would also be nice to have better pictures than just the baggies for those two.Needs to be updated with new DLCsMore like 4 1/2 stars, but I'll round up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Collector Issues

1. Fix Collector Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Collector: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Collector App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Collector" » Open Collector - Dimensions Edition » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Collector » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Collector - Dimensions Edition app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Collector servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Collector - Dimensions Edition" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Collector app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Collector might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Collector. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Collector then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Collector not working


2. Fix Collector Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Collector be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Collector not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Collector may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
