Please and Thank You.Very nice app for stamp lover...but it would be nicer if there is a small box for ticking purposes so that its much easier to see straight away when opening the app...Where did my collection go!? Since after the update, the whole my collection tab got erased! Very disappointedAlthough I find this app ideal for my purpose it does hold major errors.

2. I was around 2/3 of the way through my collection.100% ads, unusable - total garbageTo hard to search and lots of addsIt might be okay to identify common stamps, but none of the variations are listed.

4. When all the sudden after I payed to remove the ads it also removed the ability to add stamps from countries that start with the letters A - F and G up to 1950.

1. Fix Stamp collector Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stamp collector: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stamp collector App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stamp collector" » Open Stamp collector: stamp catalog » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stamp collector » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stamp collector: stamp catalog app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stamp collector servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stamp collector: stamp catalog" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stamp collector app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stamp collector might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stamp collector. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stamp collector then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stamp collector not working
