1. It might also be nice to have a quick way to scale a recipe without having to alter the original.Been using this app throughout 6 months of lockdown and it has yet to steer me wrong (and many Internet recipes have!) As someone said in another comment, makes idiot proof bread! Really simple, clean interface and great selection of breads.Impressed with the array of different breads.
2. Just an update since no 1 has replied To my review or my email I have spent hundreds of hours entering recipes and tweaking my recipes just to have them all disappear and no longer available No one to tell me if there's a way to recover them or if they're in a Data folder and What's going on This is all very disappointing for the amount of time that I spent put in my personal recipes in here.Doughlator is the best dough measurement app on the web so far.
3. Most of my sourdough recipes call for 100% flour *and* X% starter, not 100% flour *less* (flour content of X% starter)Maybe I don't know how to use this but I wanted to input my weights and milliliters to find out my hydration, not the percentage.
4. You can have a very simple and efficient way of remembering, saving, combining your bread rericpies its very intuitive straight forward it doesent get any better than this i highly recommend this app for those who are serious on bread making.
5. Looking forward to trying out other recipes and even adjusting my recipe when I want to make 1 loaf.Perfect for baking.
6. This is app is the most amazing and helpful app i ever encountered so far my bread making skills has been excelent through the help of this app.
7. I have an old tried and tested recipe, and now I can make it in any quantity I like, knowing this dough calculator will work out the precise amount of ingredients required.
8. Makes bread making idiot proof.
9. I use it at home and at work! Only thing I miss is a permanent toggle between "adjust by weight" and "by percentage".What a great app.
10. Many thanks!Pretty straightforward, but it could use an option *not* to adjust flour and water when you add a starter.
11. As another review said, it would be nice to have the option to not subtract the preferment from the other ingredients.
