1. I love the perks when I rack up points.I tried ordering online from the app several times over the last few months and when searching location the feature doesn't work.
2. I am unable to redeem my rewards when placing an order via the app or online.
3. Shows me as logged in on the home screen, but not when I order, and sent me to a sign-up page when I did log in from the order page.
4. The app shows "new online ordering" at the very top of the app but you can't do it, they need to take that down! Clearly we can just see the menu, that's it!The day after I installed the app I couldn't send text messages to anyone.
5. I have sent emails about this issue in the past & have received no response.This app is absolutely horrible! Kicks you back to the home screen any time you minimize the app or hit the back button.
6. There is not back or do not add to order, when I push the back button, I'm brought back to the home screen and have to start all over.
7. Update 9/2 app is useless, forces u 2 order from website.Not a very user friendly app.
8. If you can't select a location you can't order! I have typed my zip, city, as well as "allowing" the app the find a location nearest me.
9. My email shows I have rewards but I'm not able to use them.
10. Comes up with bad gateway when I try to place a online order.
11. The Red Lobster button essentially takes you back to the beginning, but not back to the menu where you left off.
Please delete my account as I no longer live anywhere near a red lobster and prefer my information no be on your site for no good reason
I did not receive double points for my dinner at Red Lobster on June 23, 2021. I was given 31 "regular" points. I previously received an email from My Red Lobster Rewards indicating I would receive double points. I brought this up with the Manager at the Red Lobster restaurant and was advised to send this email for remediation.
