Why should I report an Issue with PragerU?

Even tryed rebooting my phone with no change.Horrible Experience, I opened my app and it gave me easy to Google misinformation and fear mongering and worst of all it infected my entire phone with Links to porn and spam ads, I don't know why this happened but please fix this issueThe app has not opened for me for months, on 2 separate phones.

2. This is incredibly disappointing considering morals and values are supposed to be the basis of PragerU.A very poorly made application with even worse content.

3. I like to listen to podcasts in the car, but I'm not able to do that with this app because it will stop once I'm about 150 feet from my house.Love the content, but can't listen to it bcz of the rapid speech of the speaker.

4. Installed the new update and it constantly keeps pausing.I love this app; especially the 5-minute videos.

1. Fix PragerU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PragerU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PragerU App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PragerU" » Open PragerU » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PragerU » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PragerU app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PragerU servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PragerU" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PragerU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PragerU might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PragerU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PragerU then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PragerU not working

2. Fix PragerU Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PragerU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PragerU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PragerU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
