Why should I report an Issue with Mantra - Daily affirmations re?

1. Even subscribing didn't help these issues.I love the affirmations and the customization that the app allows you to me to make! The only thing I am having trouble with is getting the affirmation notification to happen at certain times.I'd been in a really dark place for months and was determined to come up out of it ASAP.

2. Another thing is that it doesnt seem to let you pick which of the affirmations you dont want appearing at all, as there were a few I didnt like.I LOVED this app, until I bought the paid version and now I can't even open the app anymore without it crashing.

3. I've upgraded my phone and am still having the same issues.I paid for the annual premium in November... and it's not giving me the features I paid for and wants me to pay again! Update 2/23/21... my phone updated and now it wants me to pay a 3rd time.

4. They claim they are working in a fix but its been months if you go back through their reviews... a lot of people have this issue and they are clearly doing nothing to fix the problem.Good idea, but seems too greedy.

5. No help from the developer, despite reaching out to them twice...I guess they say third time's the charm, so I'll send yet another email.I really want to love this app, and it worked ok when I first downloaded it.

6. So I looked for videos, apps etc to help me get back to my positive, fun loving, energetic self and ran across this Mantra app, read the reviews, saw what all it offered and decided to give it a try.

9. Love the background I chose, but would also enjoy a dynamic background that changes daily.Don't recommend it! Sadly it has no widget like it does for the Iphones.

11. I have to be to work at 4:00am everyday, so I set it to alert me at 3:00 so that I could do my affirmation before starting my day.I was really into this app and even bought a subscription.

1. Fix Mantra Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mantra: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mantra App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mantra" » Open Mantra - Daily affirmations re » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mantra » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mantra - Daily affirmations re app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mantra servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mantra - Daily affirmations re" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mantra app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mantra might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mantra. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mantra then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mantra not working

2. Fix Mantra Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mantra be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mantra not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mantra may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
