1. Other than that it is a great start to losing weight.A lot of recipes that look pretty tasty, but slightly misleading on the "clean" eating front.
2. Many recipes use artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols, which I have ingested so much of in my life I'm now intolerant of them (like how people are lactose intolerant).
3. It has clean recipes, though the only thing that would make it great is if it told you the calorie per serving.
4. Having to much of one thing, no matter how clean it is can add weight ex.
5. Don't fall into that trap people.
