1. Issues with Bluetooth hold me back from a 5 star review.Difficult to navigate at timesWithout any options to disable the feature, attempts to dial numbers that *MIGHT* be emergency calls like 911, 110, etc result in Bria forcing the dial to the native android phone app.

2. This absolutely needs an option in app settings to control this behavior because we can't obtain proper compliance for e911!It works pretty good except for when other calls come in on my cell phone at the same time I'm using this app to mask as my office line.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Bria Enterprise Issues

1. Fix Bria Enterprise Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Bria Enterprise: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Bria Enterprise App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bria Enterprise" » Open Bria Enterprise » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bria Enterprise » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Bria Enterprise app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bria Enterprise servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bria Enterprise" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bria Enterprise app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bria Enterprise might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bria Enterprise. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bria Enterprise then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bria Enterprise not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bria Enterprise be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bria Enterprise not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bria Enterprise may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
