Why should I report an Issue with BrainGym : Impulse brain games?

1. perhaps they didn't read the game description, so in the beginning of a level when you get a wrong answer, blink the name of the game at the topThis game keeps you on your toes! Learning and having fun are great! They should use this concept to teach kids in school.

2. I really enjoy and would definitely recommend.The fruits and vegetables are called the wrong things, and the clocks that you're supposed to read are not right, either... the short hand is supposed to be the hour and long hand minutes, not the other way around.... a bunch of the shapes got jumbled up and it would tell you the wrong correct answer.

3. One game I lose every time simply because the light yellow font color makes it impossible to read the numbers and thus solve the problems.

4. Another asks you to memorize pictures of common fruits or veggies with prices to solve a question, but messes you up by calling a picture of a green pear a "cucumber", or 🍒 is a "tomato".

5. MAKE LEARNING FUN and you can comprehend and remember much better.quick memory responses are tough at first, but with continued use it becomes easier to recall the information.

6. It's not like other games where you can spend hours on it if you aren't careful, you can play a few sessions each day and it really feels like a workout for your brain.

7. Super challenging! I was worried all of the sessions would be either all complicated or all too simple but they are each a perfect mixture.

8. It would be nice if they spelled "amateur" correctly too.starts off pretty easy but becomes increasingly challenging.

9. After that, kept getting a small pop up saying "sourseMoment is not defined", and would stop loading the app.

1. Fix BrainGym Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BrainGym: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BrainGym App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BrainGym" » Open BrainGym : Impulse brain games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BrainGym » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BrainGym : Impulse brain games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BrainGym servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BrainGym : Impulse brain games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BrainGym app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BrainGym might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BrainGym. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BrainGym then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BrainGym not working

2. Fix BrainGym Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BrainGym be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BrainGym not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BrainGym may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
