1. This new version is pretty rubbish! Bring back the games, some of the old features such as being able to find people by where they lived, the gifts, seeing who's online etc etc.....shame it's been changed so much! 3. used to be good but you changed for the worse, the x button doesn't always work then you try swipe doesn't work then it pops up saying your about to superlike the person.

5. Change from Java to Android has changed qeep from best to worst.

7. I installed this updated version on my new phone it doesn't recognise my login details username & P/W so I ditched it.

8. When your match like options get deactivated, then you will get like from other person profile.

9. The big pin board became regional, we were not able to change the country, then the fun of meeting new people around the globe was no more.

10. Also, in a day you can like very limited profile then it gets deactivate for 12-14 hours to reactivate to like match profile again.

1. Fix Qeep Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Qeep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Qeep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Qeep" » Open Qeep® Dating App, Singles Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Qeep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Qeep® Dating App, Singles Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Qeep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Qeep® Dating App, Singles Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Qeep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Qeep might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Qeep. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Qeep then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Qeep not working

2. Fix Qeep Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Qeep be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Qeep not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Qeep may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
