I just paid 99/- but still I am getting the disturbing window to "Buy" Please advise how to activate it to Premium version as I have paid.I love this app the best real to life aquarium, five different tanks, no cost to buy anything! Great for kids and helps Older people relaxed and lower high blood pressure!!I've paid for this app but still get ads, not only ads but ads with banners taking up top of the screen.

I hope Bitbros would make and update that allow us adding more fish and decor since we now have much more capable devices :)Paid for this app a long time ago, now ads pop up even though it was purchased and I have to restore EVERY TIME when it gets played by a child! Extremely inconvenient! I'll post 5 stars when fixed.Sir, your 3D Aquarium Software is very good, but I have a problem.

What's more, it doesn't even remember that I've purchased the premium pack, so each time I open the app, I have to restore the purchase :/ As for the functionality, it would be fantastic if aquariums were synchronised between all devices, especially as decors are not available on Chromecast 4 at all, and the backgrounds could be replaced with images of better quality.

4. Pick 30-40 fresh water fish, 10 salt water fish, 15-20 ocean fish(whale, dolphin, shark, jelly, etc) Can't stand all the game play nonsense!!!! Maybe feed them-they never die, soo, I could have names for them.

5. I'll be the first one to buy the paid version of the same!I would like a simple game where I can have any type of fish-in 3 types of alternating aquariums: fresh, salt, and ocean aquariums.

6. I have reactivated my premium purchase from 5 years ago on my latest android devices and works much better with no limits, ads or problems at 60.3 frames per second on my LG V60 with 28 fish, 10 decorations and antialias on.

7. I still bought it because I have loved this app on iOS for years but it's still missing fish species like lion fish+humpback grouper & the decor is ugly and cheap in this version too.

8. Developer's response is not very professional actually.I wish the developers converts this app into a live wallpaper! This app is awesome, highly configurable, great 3D rendering, and all other adorable features.

9. for 3-4 hrs of viewing-someone still makes their moneySTILL ADS IF YOU BUY AD FREE! I've used this for years on iOS and now I have an Android, wanted this back, but it's old/outdated on here, says it is made for an older version of the OS.

10. I really wish that the developers would convert this app into an Android Live Wallpaper.

1. Fix MyReef 3D Aquarium Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyReef 3D Aquarium: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyReef 3D Aquarium App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyReef 3D Aquarium" » Open MyReef 3D Aquarium » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyReef 3D Aquarium » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyReef 3D Aquarium app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyReef 3D Aquarium servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyReef 3D Aquarium" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyReef 3D Aquarium app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyReef 3D Aquarium might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyReef 3D Aquarium. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyReef 3D Aquarium then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyReef 3D Aquarium not working

2. Fix MyReef 3D Aquarium Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyReef 3D Aquarium be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyReef 3D Aquarium not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyReef 3D Aquarium may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
