1. The app is awesome, but, this issue troubles me.I like the graphics and the ability to customize each tank, but for some reason when I close the app, and re-opened it, my customized tanks are not the ones that I made.It's just like real fishkeeping and I think that it's fun but it would be more fun if you could breed and feed your fish...The app is excellent! GREAT! Need more control in placement of decor.I have really enjoy turning my TV into a small aquarium.

This is too annoying!!!!!!Great graphics, bad placement of commercials, the variety of items that you can use in the free version is too little and the customization menu where you can actually change the decor or the fish is not very intuitive.I love the app! But, I have purchased it 3 times already, I think.

3. After paying for the full version and setting up the fish tank all works well but each time you close the app it reverts to the free version and you have to set up again from scratch.

1. Restart MyLake 3D Aquarium: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyLake 3D Aquarium App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyLake 3D Aquarium" » Open MyLake 3D Aquarium » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyLake 3D Aquarium » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyLake 3D Aquarium app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyLake 3D Aquarium servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyLake 3D Aquarium" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyLake 3D Aquarium app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyLake 3D Aquarium might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyLake 3D Aquarium. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyLake 3D Aquarium then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyLake 3D Aquarium not working
