Why should I report an Issue with Binnaz: Wellness, Astrology?

1. can get a variety of readings and even a filter to help better find the reader right for uI haven't been able to use this app yet because I wasn't aware that you have to purchase credits, yes you can earn free credits but your only given 50 for doing that and it takes up to 200 to 500 to get a reading, thats not really fair and I think that it should be made clear that a purchase is required for readings.

I can't say much at this point, except that I was disappointed to find out (after creating my profile) that this is not a free app and it seems like the ways provided to earn free credits are very limited and don't earn you much in terms of credits (which are a nessesity) it seems to be able to participate in this app.Well this really just wasn't what I was looking for... Ive had an app for a longtime.. even through switching phones a couple times.

3. You're still able to get daily free credits and all the readings, the app is very simple and user friendly I had no problem finding, exploring, or understanding anything in the app.

4. Will confused your readingI haven't used it completely yet but just opening the app its gives u the option to use the app without having to sign in or register, didn't require any credit/debit card info or name in case u just want to check it out first.

5. since I also read tarot and do quite a few other forms of divination, I am sincerely considering signing up to also become a reader on the app!ok... I wanted an app with some positive fortune teller,but i didn't know it was all real.. I thought it will be some sort of a game etc.

Do you think it would be possible for you to make it available to me ?? I'm an a t t customer...thank you.Terrible connections and the readers are fake.

7. Deleted the app today.the readers on here, for the most part, 98% of the time are spot on correct! this is the best app for getting readings of all sorts that I have yet to find in the app store.

10. I've tried twice to get a reading.. And when it tries to go through it say it was declined!! And its pissing me off... Because if y'all have issues with this yall really need to fix this.

1. Fix Binnaz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Binnaz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Binnaz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Binnaz" » Open Binnaz: Wellness, Astrology » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Binnaz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Binnaz: Wellness, Astrology app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Binnaz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Binnaz: Wellness, Astrology" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Binnaz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Binnaz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Binnaz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Binnaz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Binnaz not working

2. Fix Binnaz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Binnaz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Binnaz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Binnaz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
