I mean its just ads, maybe something extra would lead me towards that option for now I'll stick to the basic app.I just gone through one lesson and saw some additional info, but I can already say it's my favorite Japanese learning app! It has audio lessons in several languages, 10 minutes lesson is packed with new words, how to use them, and the voices are so great! Thank you for this wonderful app! If it was a paid app, I think I would pay for it! Edit: i found the premium feature and paid for it, deserved!I don't know what is the limitation of the free version, but even to pay £4 for this is nothing.

2. There is a lot of material and there are news feeds with transcript 日本語で。Really good application and despite people don't really use that sort of Japanese in everyday life, meaning the textbook Japanese, still you need to start somewhere and learn the textbook keigo.

Reading material with a focus on Japanese culture and current events is also a neat feature!Update: i am amazed how fast you fixed the issue i really appreciate this great work and how you care about your work, special thanks to you and all the developers and every single person in this corporate.

In most cases you can skip the subject, the context of the conversation speaks for itself.I think that the app doesn't have a friendly use with the user, it's difficult to take the lessons and know the vocabulary, even more if the vocabulary is not translated to your language, there's a lot of adds in the app.

5. There's also a section with a written dialogue between two people in many situations which I though was helpful at first, but then the situation became very random and not relevant to what I was wanting to learn.

6. Old review: I used to love this app when i was able to learn japanese in arabic, unfortunately everything about arabic translation disappeared, even each section disappeared too.

1. Fix Pidu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pidu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pidu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pidu" » Open Pidu: Learn Japanese katakana » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pidu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pidu: Learn Japanese katakana app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pidu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pidu: Learn Japanese katakana" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pidu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pidu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pidu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pidu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pidu not working

2. Fix Pidu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pidu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pidu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pidu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
