1. I love how you can zoom in and out to see up close which is what you end up doing with a paper instruction manual only you end up with a headache and your eyes won't focus afterward LOLVery easy to follow the directions! Much easier than trying to assemble using the instruction booklet! Being able to rotate and zoom in and out of the pictures helped also.

2. Disappointing!This 3D program is a game-changer! Just for grins I compared BILT assembly steps with some of the corresponding procedures from the printed assembly instructions (which weren't bad).

3. There were a number of steps that would have taken me much more time to figure out had I not been able to use BILT's ability to see the parts in three dimensions from multiple perspectives.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BILT Issues

1. Fix BILT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BILT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BILT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BILT" » Open BILT: 3D Instructions » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BILT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BILT: 3D Instructions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BILT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BILT: 3D Instructions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BILT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BILT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BILT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BILT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BILT not working


2. Fix BILT Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BILT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BILT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BILT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
