1. Now if both these problems were corrected, the WD app will rock.This app is the worst! I basically use it for the digital coupons and bonus points, but it is so glitchy! It doesn't matter if I am using my mobile data or at home on my WiFi - whenever I go in to add the available coupons the app lags & it is so time consuming.

The app has been inoperable many times which is frustrating, and the "points booster" is not there many times when it should be (whenever you spend over $30, you should receive a points booster on the next purchase); thus the 3 stars.After adding a coupon, they disappear and do not show up in the store.

3. It is useless!! The sight on the computer works better but slow and not great.None of the links load, no posted rewards or coupons not even the weekly or local flyers will display.

4. Really difficult to get search results that are complete without having to reword it so it can find the item.Grocery list feature is very slow and will tell you something is on your primary list when it is not.

5. While the barcode still displays none of the coupons and points multiplier show.

6. And it always asks me to delete old lists but I only have two and use them regularly.I use this app to save money with coupons and by collecting points.

7. First problem, since It was first installed, the app is slow, all the time, page load times are poor.

10. I lost two big multipliers (a 40x and a 20x) during the update, and still cannot see my points.

1. Fix Winn-Dixie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Winn-Dixie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Winn-Dixie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Winn-Dixie" » Open Winn-Dixie » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Winn-Dixie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Winn-Dixie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Winn-Dixie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Winn-Dixie" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Winn-Dixie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Winn-Dixie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Winn-Dixie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Winn-Dixie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Winn-Dixie not working

2. Fix Winn-Dixie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Winn-Dixie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Winn-Dixie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Winn-Dixie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
