Why should I report an Issue with App Lock: Locker w/ fingerprin?

Other than that, it works nicely sometimes.Its fine..does the job..but often times apps open before bear lock opens, so there's a few seconds where you can see and even use the "locked" app before bear lock pops up and does its job..basically it works great for the most part ,but its a little to slow to react and keep up with the apps that launch quickly sometimesI like truth-in-advertising and this app delivered just as promised: a free but effective way to keep apps on my phone secure, which is perfect as I'm often handing off my phone to friends, customers and employees.

2. They're all secure behind an added layer of security opened only with my fingerprint as the phone and text still work.You can't lock recent menu, even in purchased version.

3. I am using Android 9 and Nova boot loader.The UI is so good and it works well, but for the time being am not using it, as there is a split second time period where I can get a look at the App being opened and then the App lock overlay appears.

4. I tried a different app that had a countdown ad pop up after every 2 or 3 apps that were selected in the lock list which was super annoying and it still didn't recognize my fingerprint.

6. There's nothing special in this application beside graphics.before I upgraded to samsung one 9 the app work perfectly, now everytime I want to use Samsung pay I have to uninstall this app reset my fingerprints, and when I re Instal the fingerprint says there are no FP set up.

7. Furthermore, whatever you're getting in paid version (like notifications lock, intruder selfie, random keyboard etc.), that's available in many free applications available in the store.

8. Please look into it, I genuinely like your app and wish it to be improved.I used this to lock only 2 apps, yet when asked for fingerprint/pattern, it lets me click nothing but the adds.

9. Bear Lock was easy to set up and I have my fingerprint access back.

10. I wonder if it is not supported anymore.I tried it, I like that the installation and set up are easy however it has many bugs such as the lock.

1. Fix App Lock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart App Lock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App Lock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "App Lock" » Open App Lock: Locker w/ fingerprin » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for App Lock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear App Lock: Locker w/ fingerprin app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from App Lock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "App Lock: Locker w/ fingerprin" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check App Lock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, App Lock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall App Lock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall App Lock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing App Lock not working

2. Fix App Lock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make App Lock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to App Lock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, App Lock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
