1. Suddenly the app has updated and all my previous purchases before jun 2019 have disappeared! This is so frustrating as I was given no choice in the matter, update or don't view your magazine! Plus it now keeps freezing or crashing every time I open the app.
2. Furious! Thanks to developer for replying but still can't access all recent editions on my current subscriber number.
3. Selling digital subscriptions with an app this bad is borderline fraud.I have been a loyal subscriber to Good Food magazine since 2017 and had all my magazines downloaded in the app.
4. I'm only 2 months into my annual subscription so this it is really disappointing to no longer have access to my issues.Pretty poor.
5. There are however numerous ways to purchase new subscriptions! I have contacted intermediate to gain access to content I've already paid for and have yet to hear from them.
6. I bought a digital subscription, but the app couldn't recognise my password so I never managed to log in or view the magazine.
7. I can get some older editions but I have to input old subscriber numbers.
8. Search is useless & bookmarks disappear if you uninstall & reinstall, which appears to be tech support's only fix (it doesn't work).
9. I can't access my issues in three months.
10. You need to at least be able to merge old subscriber numbers.Very poor experience.
11. They were at least decent in giving a refund when I requested it.Paid nearly £40 for all back issues.
