Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Barry EC Issues
1. Fix Barry EC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Barry EC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Barry EC App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Barry EC" » Open Barry EC » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Barry EC » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Barry EC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Barry EC servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Barry EC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Barry EC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Barry EC might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Barry EC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Barry EC then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Barry EC not working
2. Fix Barry EC Server issues & Internet Connection
