1. When we put the licence key than after a day it provides us the theory of the book 3) It gives us both theory and the oral pronountiation of that perticular chapter but it dosen explane and we have to search the meaning for is If this app improves these things then it will we the best app of educationIf there was an option i wiuld give 0 stars.

2. After a few seconds, I had seen the list of chapters but when I want to open the chapters I saw that the contents of chapters such text summary etc had not been downloaded and when I want to download these contents by clicking on the download option then I found the screen stating that these contents cannot be downloaded.

3. Worst app i have ever seen.This is the worst app..When the licence key from the newly purchased book is written it says invalid key..what the hell😡.

4. The book instructions say something else and the app contains something else....It is just wastage of time...very unfriendly to users and upset from the app😓.... management team should work on their application.Very fantastic app by orientblackswan .

5. I will definitely give zero to this appThis is a very good aap bt requires some improvement 1)it is not having questions and answers to those questions 2)it should improve its speed because all children's are not patient.

6. When I am entering my redeem licence key, it is saying that it is already used up & it is not having english book of class 8 to which I was looking for.

7. And now i m able refresh myself into my studies.and i could easily learn and memorize which ever chapter i want to study.

9. I already bought 2 books from store (inspired history and inspired geography ), which our school recommended to study.

1. Fix Orient BlackSwan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Orient BlackSwan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Orient BlackSwan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Orient BlackSwan" » Open Orient BlackSwan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Orient BlackSwan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Orient BlackSwan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Orient BlackSwan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Orient BlackSwan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Orient BlackSwan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Orient BlackSwan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Orient BlackSwan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Orient BlackSwan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Orient BlackSwan not working

2. Fix Orient BlackSwan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Orient BlackSwan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Orient BlackSwan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Orient BlackSwan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
