It is not as friendly as the classic app, migration is terrible and its not compatible for older cameras.When you are in the Video tab, i wish there was a button to open up a common time line at the bottom, that display all the motion event at the same time, this way: you can look at all cameras at the same time so when you are looking for someone/something, its a much more seemless experience.

However Axis communications marketing media make it out like you can use the app to set up the whole site, that is not correct you have to use a Windows based PC with Axis companion V.3 or V.4 depending on what firmware is on the cameras or recorder you wish to add to create the site then open the android app and you'll see everything appears as it should.Has all the features of a fully fledged security system almost for just a M1065 in use @ home camera.

3. Completely disfunctional, an embarassement for Axis! Very slow to load video from door stations - always says "answered on another device" when doorbell button is pushed, but I don't have ANY other devices with this app installed.

4. AND...for the amount of money I paid and it doesn't even come with any ability to store video without buying their expensive "special" sd card...garbage!The APP used to be pretty great but lately I have been getting timed out notices and it keeps logging me out.

5. Can't get android mic to doorbell speaker to work on the first try (after button push notification) rather I have to close the app, then open again, then it works.

6. Will not notify my phone as a call waiting anymore when I'm on the phone so I miss the doorbell all the time...don't bother trying to use your android with this device.

7. And the strength that is required to swipe between cameras in the Video tab is way to much!The app itself is easy to navigate and well thought out very logical and responsive.

1. Restart AXIS Camera Station Edge: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AXIS Camera Station Edge App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AXIS Camera Station Edge" » Open AXIS Camera Station Edge » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AXIS Camera Station Edge » click "UPDATE".
