1. When I attempted to remove it from one of the devices to allow install on the last, I continue to receive the error.Functionally, it works fine to connect to my work phone system.
2. Client also takes over control of the bluetooth connection when the phone rings, requiring either a power cycle of the headset or logging out of the app to let any other application use the bluetooth device again.
3. Lastly, instead of a pop up to accept or reject calls, an incoming phone call switches the phone to the app, switching away from work in progress.
4. Trying to reconnect to Bluetooth mid-call doesn't usually work so I end up having to take calls on speakerphone which is very unpleasant. The client does not honor the Do Not Disturb setting or free/busy information.
5. I usually get the calls then have to call my customers back on my normal cell phone number because it's completely worthless.
6. I work remotely, with no access to a desk phone, and have a laptop, tablet for travel, a work cell and personal cell I attempted to install the app on.
7. That bug was fixed, but now the app constantly disconnects my bluetooth headset from it and the people on the other line are complaining that they can't hear me.
8. Only thing that works is a reinstall.Edit: *3.31.2 has not fixed the chain crashing issues.* The latest update from January 6th crashes constantly now on my chromebook.
9. Sometimes I can use the buds and customers can hear me and other times the Bluetooth connectivity is dropped and customers can no longer hear me and I can no longer hear them.
10. No other app is doing this after the update. This app limits the number of devices that can be installed per extension and it is just short of a useful number.
11. All in all, a bare minimum phone app, but not a polished communications tool. This app now drains my battery and my phone is dead by mid-afternoon.
