If the free version doesn't work I don't trust the pro version to work, I only believe this app to be a shameless money grabbing scam like every other app that does this.Such a scam: 1) preset options fail btwn 60-90% of processing images 2) Feedback/support form has an invalid attachment button.

The library of songs hasn't changed since I started using this app...now they made this app worthless, they eliminated the rap AI .Got scammed with the pro version, was never notified about the trial ending, there is absolutely nothing worth paying for extra for this "app", customer service doesn't respond, the UI is designed in such a way you think you need to get the trial version.

3. If you wanna see what it does to cats search #tobycat on youtubeI loved this app at first but then the rap AI stopped animating my videos, it's the only reason I paid for the pro version.

4. Rate it 1/5 because I can't rate It lowerThe app itself was good, the thing bothering me about this is how there's a limit to it per day and you have to get the PRO version of it.

6. Next time can you please add a warning that you can only use this 3 times per day? Thank you.It only lets you create 3 videos (even if you don't save it) per day then kicks you out and asks to wait 24 hours.

9. It lets you just look at handful per day, not even download just look at what the animations actually do to your pictures without pro.

1. Fix Avatarify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Avatarify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Avatarify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Avatarify" » Open Avatarify: AI Face Animator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Avatarify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Avatarify: AI Face Animator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Avatarify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Avatarify: AI Face Animator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Avatarify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Avatarify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Avatarify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Avatarify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Avatarify not working

2. Fix Avatarify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Avatarify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Avatarify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Avatarify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
