FlexiBuzz Customer Insights

1. A suggestion would be to have the latest message AND unread messages diaplayed on the home page.S**t at the moment! Not loading.... keeps saying "No internet connection" on 4G & also Wi-Fi, worst timing as we are just trying to start home schooling due to this virus!! NEEDS FIXING ASAP! This is an urgent app that is needed so if I could do a 0 star rating at the moment I would! App Crashes in the worst time possible!!Not updating I currently have 11 unread news from my child's school yet i have opened it all and continues to show 11 unread news.

2. The app doesn't allow landscape mode to over come this problem or able to scroll the calender acrossgreat app, but all of a sudden I can't open files as it tells me I don't have a PDF viewer.

3. I'm a single mum that has survived domestic violence and and privacy is a big issue for me as the children need to be safe from their father and his family especially since there are IVO and family orders in place!!!The app says I have 28 notifications and when you go in to try and find them you can't.

4. Have not been able to open the app since August last year.

5. And when it *did* work, last term, I couldn't open any PDFs even though I do have a PDF reader (Adobe).Useful, has it's faults.

6. Most annoying is that it says I have a unopened message but have been through and reopened everything for last 6 months.

7. I am wildly forgetful at the best of times and it keeps me up to date.The calender is cut off half way on the screen, making it completely useless.

8. Also my app isnt showing all options from my child's school, The absent option isn't there as well as others.

9. please fix this so I can open documents I need to view.Pretty reliable.

10. Then when you contact them they don't listen to what you ask and deactivate your account, when you get them to reactivate the account the problem is still there.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FlexiBuzz Issues

1. Fix FlexiBuzz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FlexiBuzz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FlexiBuzz App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlexiBuzz" » Open FlexiBuzz » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlexiBuzz » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FlexiBuzz app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlexiBuzz servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlexiBuzz" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FlexiBuzz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlexiBuzz might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FlexiBuzz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlexiBuzz then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlexiBuzz not working


2. Fix FlexiBuzz Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlexiBuzz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlexiBuzz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlexiBuzz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Reported Issues

Note: Issues displayed have already been sent to the developer and are older than 7 days.

  • No longer letting me into my account, it comes up "no internet connection". I definitely have internet connection, please advise how to fix.
